RevolutionIRC is an Android irc client that is currently in Early Access.

It works ok for Tilde, some features are a bit quirky.

It supports SASL (e.g. on libera), however this currently does not work on Tilde for some reason, so you should use CertFP login instead. If everything else fails, add /ns identify <password> to auto-run commands.
